In collaboration with the administration, Dwight Englewood Student Government seeks to communicate student opinion, build connections throughout the school community, foster school pride, and improve the quality of student life.
In accordance with the mission statement, student government members collaborate with the administration and faculty to work on initiatives and design grade and school-wide events.
Student government meets weekly to make collective progress on initiatives and events. You can find brief summary meetings on the “Initiatives” page to catch up on the details of the meetings. This information is available to the school to ensure that the student body is aware of the constant development of student government work to improve the D-E experience.
